What you'll do
Looking for the best experience gifts in Brisbane? Come along to this intermediate level hands-on flower cupcake decoratng class and learn from a pro. In this intermediate level class, your experienced teacher will guide you in learning how to pipe three different flowers using a variety of piping tips. You will decorate a box of six buttercream cupcakes to share with loved ones (or enjoy all to yourself). This class is suitable for those with buttercream piping experience only. You'll learn how to:
- Use different piping tips (nozzles)
- Variegate buttercream colour
- Prepare your cupcakes ready for piping
- Decorate your cupcakes with various flat flowers and roses.
- This class is not suitable for those new to piping.
- This class does not cater for allergies or gluten intolerances.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to ensure you receive the allotted time.

Intermediate. Not suitable for beginners, previous piping experience essential.This class is structured for adult learners. Participants must be 18 years of age to attend. 14-17 years may attend in the company of an adult class participant. Under no circumstances will under 14 year olds be admitted to the class.
What you'll get
- Six cupcakes, baked from scratch using the quality ingredients

- All equipment necessary to decorate your cake, including aprons, for use on the day. Piping items will be available for purchase after class.

My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes. My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class almost 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating.
