Love honey? Fascinated by bees and their lifecycle? Join us for a one-hour tour of our working honey farm in Bowral!
You'll hear about the remarkable lives of these at-risk pollinators, see how a Flow Hive works and then finish off with a guided honey tasting.
This is a great activity for family groups or those visiting the Southern Highlands. Our apiary is at the gateway to Bowral, an easy walk from the railway station or town's cafes. We also have honey available for purchase at our weekend farm gate stall.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 8 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

Bowral Beekeeping is a working honey farm (apiary) in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW. Around 1.5 hours from Sydney, 2x hours from Canberra and an hour from Wollongong.
We run regular tours, experiences and workshops at our lovely apiary.
Whether you want to visit our farm gate stall every weekend for free, do a tour and taste some honey, participate in a more in-depth experience, or get started in beekeeping we can help with all stages of your beekeeping journey or interest.
We regularly host corporate, and inbound tour groups.
Our head teacher, Hamish Ta-mé, started his beekeeping journey as a teenager and has been deeply engaged ever since. Alongside his years of experience, Hamish has formal qualifications in beekeeping and teaching.
