What you'll do
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the art of hand-building ceramic planters. Whether you're a beginner or experienced potter, this workshop offers a fun and creative environment to craft unique planters for your favourite indoor greenery!In this workshop, you'll:
- Discover the fundamentals of hand-building techniques, including pinching, coiling, and slab construction.
- Choose from two types of clay options (we'll have a rustic option and something a little more "clean" on offer!).
- Experiment with shaping clay into various forms and sizes to create your personalised planters.
- Add texture, patterns, or geometric designs to the surface of your planters for visual interest and character.
- Kiln and glaze firing of 1 piece included. Following this workshop, we will bisque and glaze fire your creation/s.
- Please allow a six to eight-week turnaround for your pottery piece/s to be glazed and fired. Once ready, we will organise a collection time.
