In this 'hands-on' workshop, you will learn how to make cheese from two Italian sisters, who have a significant family history in the cheese-making business. They will guide you on how to make halloumi and ricotta
Not only will you be able sample the cheese you just made, but you can also take home some of what you created!
We'll also be serving a generous cheese board which during the class:
  • Halloumi Rocket Salad: Halloumi (made in class), strawberries, walnuts, and balsamic vinegar
  • Bruschetta: toasted bread, hot Ricotta (made in class), EVO, salt, and pepper
  • Skewers: grilled veggies and Halloumi (made in class)
  • Golden Halloumi: grilled Halloumi (made in class), honey, and fresh mint
  • Sweet Ricotta Cannoli: Cannoli Shells, Ricotta (made in class), sugar, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and pistachios

No experience is needed, the only essential thing is the love of cheese.
