Gut Health Workshop

Discover the secrets to gut health in Brisbane!

3 hours Class size 1 to 25 guests

  $75 (Afterpay available)

Join us at the farm with a qualified naturopath, Melissa Salmon, to learn all about gut health!
This will be a fun and interactive morning exploring and foraging around the farm for common plants that can be used to make gut-friendly meals, gut-building ferments, and gut-soothing teas that improve your gut health and enhance your overall wellbeing and vitality.
We'll spend some time learning the basic principles and theory behind gastrointestinal digestion, the gut microbiome, and how the gut and immune system are intrinsically linked.
Melissa will share her knowledge of how to work with what is locally available to create your ways of building gut health, including the vegetables, herbs, and weeds that you probably already have growing in your garden!
This workshop includes a guided foraging walk around the farm looking for useful vegetables, plants, and weeds, as well as a delicious farm-grown lunch and nibbles.
You will finish the workshop with newfound knowledge, empowerment, and zest for building your wellbeing and vitality (oh, and a full belly!).
