In this hands-on class, you will learn to make the perfect gluten-free pizza dough and light, fluffy gluten-free bread. An array of toppings will be available to finish your pizzas, so you can enjoy them with a glass of wine in our dining room. Take home your bread to share with others.
You'll make your gluten-free goodies under the guidance of an experienced instructor over the course of three hours, and have time at the end to savour them. We welcome beginners and will take you through the process.

Owner and Pastry Chef - Janet Newton
The passion for baking and cooking started in childhood for Janet Newton. The long Christmas holidays she spent baking with Czechoslovakian family friend, Irene. During this time the family was provided with an endless supply of traditional tarts, slices, biscuits and cakes.
The wonderful love of sharing food with family and friends was born out of these one on one cooking lessons and is the inspiration behind the opening of The Yellow Door Kitchen.
Janet trained as Pastry Chef at the famous Le Cordon Bleu cooking school and has many years’ experience working in restaurants and patisseries. Her ability to combine flavours and her passion for baking is infectious and will ensure students are transported into a wonderful, creative world of cooking during her classes.
