Learn how to cook something delicious and enjoy dinner with us, sipping a great glass of Italian wine or a refreshing soft drink. Spend an unforgettable evening with your family, friends, or colleagues, creating memories and moments while learning new things and experiencing something different.
Every Friday, we offer alternating dinners: a seafood feast or a vegetarian menu (where, among other things, you'll learn to make traditional Genovese Pesto with a mortar, just like Sara's grandmother used to do).

You are going to prepare and have a true Italian seafood meal:
  • Antipasto (entrée) - “Insalata di Polpo” with potatoes, octopus, parsley, garlic, extra virgin oil, salt and pepper.
  • Primo (main) - Traditional Strascinati handmade pasta, then you’ll cook and learn how to make an amazing seafood pasta sauce.
  • Dolce (dessert) - Lemon creamy Italian sorbetto.
We’ll cook the pasta and we’ll feast on the octopus salad, the pasta and sorbetto we have prepared.
A glass of Italian wine will be offered to you as Italians do with their friends when they eat together.

Don't worry if you're new to cooking, this class is designed for beginners and you'll be guided through each with expert advice from us (Sara and Anna).
 
What you'll get

  • All our recipes are hands-on. You’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

We are Anna and Sara, and we would like to tell you about our dream….
Our meeting seemed to us to be a special gift from the stars, a benevolent sign from those who watch over us from above.
An opportunity that ensured two different but deeply similar souls intertwined their destinies, through the sharing of emotions, memories, and experiences; a common thread featuring food in its deepest and most visceral essence. A sort of emotional facilitator, which allowed each of us to tell our story, mirror each other and feel welcome and free to express our imperfect uniqueness.
Our intent is to transmit the knowledge and flavours of Italian traditions through our cooking classes, our passion and our experience as chefs.
We don't believe it's necessary to be a qualified chef with 5-star experience to be great in the kitchen.
We would like to share simple, appetising and replicable recipes with you that nourish your heart and palate and convey emotions and memories.
We organise a range of Italian cooking classes in which we demonstrate and explain what to do and while you cook under our guidance and supervision.
Together, we cook, then eat and taste what has been prepared by Anna and Sara, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine or a drink that we offer you – just as we would in Italy when friends and guests come to our home.
Finally, you will take home the Italian delicacies you have mastered to share with your family and loved ones. You’ll also get a recipe book for the class you attended so you can replicate any dish whenever you want to – without any doubt or hesitation.
To ensure you're well looked after during your cooking experience, you'll work at your private bench space in a class with a maximum of 12-14 participants.
All recipes are hands-on, meaning you’ll be cooking with us and following our traditional Italian family recipes, using only the highest-quality ingredients. We just ask you to bring your willingness to learn and your biggest smile!
