Making pasta is special, as you turn simple ingredients into silky, smooth strands of pasta. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make homemade pappardelle and fettuccini pasta with two delicious sauces. For dessert, you will prepare and enjoy a Limoncello panna cotta served with balsamic strawberries and biscotti, with a glass of vino, of course!

Owner and Pastry Chef - Janet Newton
The passion for baking and cooking started in childhood for Janet Newton. The long Christmas holidays she spent baking with Czechoslovakian family friend, Irene. During this time the family was provided with an endless supply of traditional tarts, slices, biscuits and cakes.
The wonderful love of sharing food with family and friends was born out of these one on one cooking lessons and is the inspiration behind the opening of The Yellow Door Kitchen.
Janet trained as Pastry Chef at the famous Le Cordon Bleu cooking school and has many years’ experience working in restaurants and patisseries. Her ability to combine flavours and her passion for baking is infectious and will ensure students are transported into a wonderful, creative world of cooking during her classes.
