- As we are a small business, all sales on our workshops are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by customers. Re-schedules are possible subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must do this at least seven days before your class to cancel or reschedule.
- Due to flower ordering and staffing rosters, no reschedules are possible within 7 days of your class date.
- Please note that refunds will ONLY be provided when a class is cancelled by us, due to staff unavailability, low booking numbers, or where the CFA declares an extreme or catastrophic fire rating.
- For Private Bookings, we require a 50% deposit for large groups; this deposit will not be refunded if there is a cancellation (7 days prior) or no show to the class.
- Important Note: Rescheduling requests must be sent via email only.
- This ticketed event requires prior purchase. Photos will be taken on the day. - By registering for this event, you consent to your photograph being taken for use in The Paddock Lal Lal marketing and social media. If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken, please advise the staff or the photographer on the day.
- During the class, you are welcome to take photographs. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
- Please note we don't allow outside food or beverages during the Workshop.
