What you'll do
Come to our Surfers Paradise venue and experience our famous weekly Flaming Cheese Wheel Wednesdays! Sit back and relax while the SMC staff demonstrate how to make the cheesy spaghetti and set the cheese wheel on fire. You’ll be given a glass of wine to enjoy alongside spaghetti main, which is flavoured with your choice of creamy carbonara, truffle pecorino or gorgonzola blue cheese!Then you’ll enjoy one of our homemade dessert creations perfect for sharing.
