Learn the basics of needle felting and then you can make them for family and friends. They will be amazed at what you can do and the lovely Christmas decoration that you can cherish for years to come.
What you'll learn:
  • Knowledge of the right wools and tools to use for different projects.
  • Instruction on the right gauge of the needle to use and when.
  • How to blend wools to get a realistic look from your creations.
You'll be guided by Dianne, who studied this amazing skill while living in Tokyo for 16 years. This pre-recorded class is a great introduction to your needle felting journey, you'll be given step to step instructions and guidance on how to make these cute little gnomes and their wreath.
At the end of the class, you'll have a stunning Christmas-themed wreath and the confidence to continue with your own DIY needle felting projects!

Dianne studied needle felting in Japan while living there for 16 yrs with some of Japanese finest needle felting teachers. Felting became a passion after years of practice. Dianne moved back to Brisbane and opened Wild Woolly Heads taking commissions for miniature replicas of peoples’ dogs, and large interior design trophy heads. Inspiration comes from her dog, garden and travels.
