Learn how to create desserts and pastries in this ultra-sweet Brisbane cooking class! This three-hour session will cover the art of choux pastry, continental pastries, chocolate work, sugar work and more!
Yes! You will make your own Croquembouche!
During this class, you will learn valuable skills including a variety of pastries, creme patisserie, croquembouche, decorating, pastries for tarts and pies, sugar spinning, chocolate bark and more! You will cook three of these dishes on the day and the menu is subject to change.
Gain confidence and learn valuable presentation and decorating skills to ensure a round of applause at the very next dessert you serve. You will not have to prepare your entire dessert from scratch on your own, we do all the hard work while you concentrate on gaining new skills. We will not have individual work stations but will work in smaller groups on tasks assigned.

VZ Class format is a mixture of demonstration and group cooking practices. Instead of individual work stations, students will work in pairs and cook in groups of 4. And afterwards, enjoy a feast of the meals prepared. Demonstration aspects of classes ensure we cover enough content to make you into a fabulous chef.
Please note: The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. You will not have your own workstation but will work in small groups with some of the lessons being demonstrated and some of the lessons being hands-on. The class is held in a fully licensed venue so you are unable to BYO.
Note: Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table. Support Workers must book and pay to enter.
