Dumplings are some of the most popular food items in China, Korea and Japan and are widely loved by Australians too. Learn how to pack delicious flavours into your dumplings at this hands-on and demonstrative cooking class in Adelaide!
Come along and learn how to make your own dumplings from scratch using three types of fillings. We'll be making pork and vegetable gyoza, shrimp and chive dumplings and vegetable and tofu mandu.
This is a demonstrative and hands-on cooking course, with students preparing and folding their own dumplings using ready-made wrappers.
At the end of your class, sit down to enjoy your delicious dumpling creations with your group. Make lasting memories with your colleagues for team building, celebrate a special occasion with loved ones or come along solo.

The Workers' Educational Association of South Australia Incorporated, founded in 1913, is Australia's largest non-government adult community education organisation.
The WEA provides learning opportunities for anyone aged 15 years or older (in most courses - there are some age restrictions on individual courses) and there are generally no pre-requisites for courses and no assessment or exams.
We operate as an innovative, flexible provider of moderately priced adult education services. We're an independent, non-government association almost completely funded by the student fees that we receive.
In addition to our skills and enrichment courses including computer training, we offer overseas tours, services to assist people with a disability enter mainstream courses and WEA Clubs membership that enables students to continue their interests.
The WEA conducts courses at over 30 locations in metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia. A large part of our program is conducted at the centrally located WEA Centre in Angas Street, Adelaide.
