This unique 4-hour workshop invites you on a journey of self-compassion and artistic exploration. Through meditation, guided reflection, and creative expression, you’ll reveal your most compassionate self and bring it to life on canvas.
Guided by experienced facilitators, Xin Radov and Adriana Nascimento, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Xin will open the workshop with a grounding meditation and a candle-lighting ritual, setting the stage for introspection and self-love. Using oracle cards, Xin will offer gentle insights to deepen your journey inward. Adriana will guide you through painting techniques, helping you create a beautiful, expressive piece of art. You’ll have the freedom to choose your own colours, with Adriana there to support your creative flow.
This workshop offers a safe, nurturing space to pause, reflect, and connect with your inner self. Enjoy light refreshments and snacks as you dive into a memorable afternoon of creativity and self-compassion with a small, supportive group. By the end of the session, you’ll take home a painting that symbolises your compassionate self—a meaningful, tangible reminder of your inner journey.
