in this hands-on cocktail making class in Surfers Paradise. You will be mixing, shaking and pouring two delicious drinks to get your night started right!
Learn the basics of cocktail making, what equipment you’ll need to use and which garnishes finish the drink off perfectly!
There’ll be a prize for the most inspired bartender on the day as well as a taste of the famous SMC pizzas while you work. The mixologist will let you in on the history of these iconic cocktails and you’ll learn the tips to make cocktails at home.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
