Cobbler was founded in early 2013 as a result of a deep love and passion for all things Whisky. At that time, it was the first one of its kind in Queensland. In 2016 we won best Small bar of Australia at The Bartender Magazine Bar awards and in 2017 best Bar in Queensland. So, it's safe to say we are very proud of team an achievements! Our ethos is to enjoy, share and educate, whether it be a whisky or cocktail, especially in a fun and responsible manner!
