What you'll do
This private clay and sip pottery workshop is hosted in one of our lovely restaurants, making it the perfect addition to any celebratory event! You’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and learn the art of clay sculpting while enjoying a sip of your favourite drink in the cosy ambience of a restaurant. Our skilled instructor will guide you on creating your own unique ceramic masterpiece, whether it be a mug, bowl, or decorative item.Don’t worry if you’re a beginner---this workshop is designed for all skill levels, and our friendly atmosphere will put you at ease. You’ll be working with high-quality materials and tools, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you pick up the techniques. The hands-on experience of moulding clay with your hands will bring out your inner artist and leave you feeling fulfilled and accomplished.At the end of the session, you’ll get to take home your beautifully crafted pottery piece as a unique memento of a fun and creative activity.These private clay and sip pottery classes in Brisbane are available in the following locations:Minimum Spends apply for food payable to the Restaurants on the day. - Door 84 ($20 optional spend), CBD. Capacity 100 people, with bar and restaurant service. Please note this is not a private space so there will be other restaurant patrons. Choice between pizza or Korean menu from FunnyFunny.
- Stock Exchange Hotel (no minimum spend), CBD. Prime dates have room spends
- Cucina by la Dolce Vita ($25 per person minimum spend), Fortitude Valley. Minimum spend applies to pizza or pasta only, excluding seafood
- 5x Canape + 2 hour beverage pack $80 pp
- Pullmans Mercure ($3000 minimum spend), CBD. You will have a private function room. Minimum spend includes all you can eat and drink packages.
- Stamford Hotel ($47 per person minimum spend), CBD. Price includes a glass of house wine or pot of tap beer selection. All other beverages will be charged on consumption. You'll also get a selection of breads & dips platters to share plus a choice of one main per person from their menu.
- Maggie May ($20 per person minimum spend), CBD - Gasworks Plaza. Minimum spend applied to drinks and food.
- Hey Chica ($20 per person minimum spend), CBD - Valley Mall. Available for afternoon time slots only. Minimum spend applied for drinks and food.
- Brewtide Bewery ($20 per person minimum spend), Albion. Minimum spend applied for meal deal.
- Carindale Hotel (no minimum spend), Carindale - Westfield Shopping Centre.
- Restaurants are not BYO but you can purchase drinks and food from the venue's.
- The restaurants have different food packages which is an additional cost to the private paint and sip class.

I was fortunate to receive a scholarship from the Queensland Art Gallery, which gave me ample opportunity to pursue my passion and hone my skills.I'm very much inspired by the beauty and diversity of Australia. Many of my paintings focus on landscapes, surreal, animals and people. North Queensland is a particular favourite, and you'll see the influence of coral seas and mountain landscapes throughout my artwork. I have a post-impressionist style through which I try to capture the wonder of the world around us.I specialise in pastel on card, and acrylic on canvas, though I'm also experimenting with abstract and air brush.I've been fortunate enough to display my work in many art exhibitions, and have been the recipient of many prizes and awards.I offer Paint and Sip sessions along with Clay and Sip sessions, both at discounted rates for ClassBento Patrons. The Retail on these sessions is RRP is $45 however I offer Clay and sip at $29 per person, and Paint and Sip sessions from $29 per person Earlybird tickets when booked 3 dyas before. We offer the highest quality service with artist assistants to help customers with their paintings, along with the teachers. Our assistants will also run sessions so we will have two teachers for a single session.
