This cooking class in Perth showcases French food at its best and to this day, the cornerstone of classic bistro cuisine!
In this beginner-friendly class, you'll be cooking dishes hands-on, following the guidance of our Chef.
On the menu:
  • Chicken Liver Paté
  • French Onion Soup
  • Coq au vin, Chicken in Red Wine
  • Chicken Stock
  • Ratatouille
  • Broccoli, Cauliflower & Blue Cheese Gratin
  • Chocolate Fondant
The Chef will take you on a journey through some of the timeless recipes from the streets of the cosmopolitan city that is Paris, where one of its most enduring culinary treats is the traditional Bistro.
Come along and be inspired, well-fed and don’t forget, we are BYO! We do provide glassware if needed (for large groups we ask that you bring an Esky as fridge space is limited).

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
Please note: If you buy the class as a gift for someone, try to use the recipient's email when booking so that they don't miss out on important emails. If you'd prefer not to use their email, make sure you forward them all of the important information.

What to bring
You don't need to bring anything. We supply everything you need, including your ingredients, aprons and recipes.
Please wear flat, enclosed shoes and we recommend comfortable clothes.
All of The Cooking Professor classes are BYO (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, water and glassware are provided)

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

Discover the joys of cooking in our fun, interactive learning environment at our culinary school in Perth! When you join one of our Cooking Classes, you join a small team and everyone focuses on making a different dish under the guidance of the instructor. After preparing your dish and learning some new recipes, you will all sit down to share the food in a massive feast!
Our Cooking Classes in Perth have you cooking for up to two hours in our open-plan kitchen and we keep our groups small so you get plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and of course meet new people! We also cater for groups with our Corporate and Private Events – just ask! Our experienced instructors ensure you have a fun time in your food class, regardless of your age or skill level.
