Esther Yip, founder of Buns in Bun cooking classes, holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Design from Griffith University.
Her journey with creative buns began five years ago when she found joy and fulfillment in making healthy, inventive buns for her sons. She is also currently preparing to publish her first book.
Esther combines her design expertise with a passion for healthy, delicious food, focusing on teaching the art of creative bun and tangyuan-making. Her workshops emphasize a few key elements to engage learners:
1. Participants enjoy learning new techniques and advanced skills.
2. Workshops focus on teaching recipes that can be easily recreated at home.
3. A DIY approach encourages creativity and personal expression.
