I am a prize-winning poet, editor and educator from Boorloo (Perth). I have three books of poetry published and have over 20 years of teaching young adults and older students at a tertiary level. My passion is to teach people to learn and to improve their experience of the world. Teaching people how to write poetry, or keep a journal, not only broadens their horizons but enables them to tell the stories of their lives and keep records of their day-to-day experiences. I love writing, ad imparting knowledge so that others can write too--in whichever way they choose. Keeping a journal, or writing poetry can literally change your life for the better.
