Ready for your kids to unleash their creativity and dive into the fantastical world of botanical beasts? In this workshop, taught by local artist and illustrator Lauren Herraman, they will learn how to create their own imaginary creature through watercolour art.
Here's what your kids can expect:
  • Mix, muddle, and conjure up your unique beast using a blend of your favourite plants and animals.
  • Give your beast a name, a purpose, a habitat and even decide what it likes to eat.
  • Using watercolour, pens, and pencils, they'll bring their creature to life on paper.
Don't worry if they're new to watercolour or art in general—this class is designed for all skill levels. Lauren will guide kids through the process, making sure they feel comfortable and inspired every step of the way.
By the end of the class, kids can take home their own magical artwork with them. Join us for a fun and imaginative experience where your children can let their imagination run wild and see where it takes them.
