Ever wanted to learn how to make pottery on the wheel? This is your sign! Join Deep Blue Ceramics for an introductory wheel-throwing course in Canberra perfect for teens.
During this term course (eight weeks in Term 4 2024, starting 22 Oct), teens will learn how to take a blob of clay and turn it into a wonderful pottery creation. They'll learn to make cups, plates, and bowls, trim a foot ring, and glaze your work.

Amy is hands and heart behind Deep Blue Ceramics.
Devoid of creativity for much of her previous professional life she fell head first into Ceramics; learning, making, sharing and teaching, all after falling in love with a handmade mug purchased at a market.
Amy's classes are welcoming and supportive, beginner friendly one of experiences through to term length courses for intermediate potters. She loves to share #clayplay with individuals and private groups alike!
At Deep Blue Ceramics we're deeply passionate about the environment and social justice issues and strive to make a positive impact wherever we can.
