Hello! I am Yasu from Japan.I grew up in a Taisho temple in Japan because my mother was a monk at that temple. I started meditation in 2019 in Japan and Thailand with a famous meditation teacher there.I now have taught meditation in Japan and Australia. My style of meditation is good for people who are just starting or have experience. So you can join my class as a beginner or if you have experience in meditating.
