My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes.
My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class almost 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating. Since then, I have sought out opportunities to improve my skills and have attended decorating classes with internationally renowned decorators.
A few of whom are:
  • By.Aletoso
  • Queen of Hearts Couture Cupcakes
  • Moreish Cakes
  • Don’t tell Charles
  • Bon Vivant Cakes
  • Astashkina Cakes and
  • Le Cordon Bleu
In my classes, most of which are aimed at beginner decorators, I aim to provide my participants with all the necessary information to take what they have learnt home to create beautifully decorated cakes and cupcakes.
So, if you’ve tried to decorate and just didn’t quite get the results you wanted, come along to a class, you’ll be pleased you did!
