If you've ever wanted to know how to master your Thai favourites this cooking class in Brisbane is where you need to be. 
During this three-and-a-half-hour hands-on cooking class, you'll be led by an experienced chef and will create a three-course feast that includes everyone's favourite Pad Thai Noodle.
The menu for the day will be dependent on the season, but you'll pick up essential tips like how to make your own curry paste from scratch, what goes into mastering Thai desserts and so much more. 
Classes are interactive and hands-on, interactive cookery courses, designed for those with a passion for cooking but are perhaps lacking the necessary skills or confidence to absolutely shine! You should not be spending hours slaving away in the kitchen, cooking can be fun, creative, fulfilling and rewarding.
You also get to enjoy a feast of all the delicious food we prepare, so your lesson will be a delicious culinary adventure!
The Authentic Thai Menu:

  • Tom Yum Soup from scratch... our personal favourite!
  • Pad Thai Noodle with prawn/veg/chicken.
  • Authentic Thai Beef Salad - plus learn how to balance the perfect Thai dipping sauce.

  • The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion.
  • Please advise us of any dietary requirements in advance! The class is held in a fully licensed venue so you are unable to BYO.
VZ Class format is a mixture of demonstration and group cooking practices. Instead of individual work stations, students will work in pairs and cook in groups of 4. And afterwards, enjoy a feast of the meals prepared. Demonstration aspects of classes ensure we cover enough content to make you into a fabulous chef.
Note: Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table.
Support Workers, Interpreters, Aids, everyone must book and pay to enter. Please be understanding, due to the layout of the class and safety & enjoyment of all guests, they must book in too.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 12 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
