We welcome Sarina Raidi, a Latin American chef and business owner, to our team at Wholesome Bellies. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to learn authentic Mexican cuisine from Sarina.
In this class, you can expect to learn how to make authentic Mexican dishes, as well as some more modern dishes that we are accustomed to enjoying at our local Mexican restaurants. These Mexican dishes are the real deal, with authentic Mexican flavours! In fact, some of these recipes may be new to you.
The flavours are out of this world, and each recipe is incredibly simple to make.
This class is completely gluten-free. Nuts are used in the dessert, so please let us know if you have any food allergies, and we will modify the elements for you.

  • Cauliflower tacos with chipotle mayo

  • Mexican rice with corn and jalapeno
  • Corn Ribs
  • Pastel Azteca: The Mexican Lasagna
  • No-bake raw Margarita bars
  • Traditional Mexican hot chocolate
Please let us know if you are gluten-free or coeliac, so we can modify the items above to suit your dietary requirements. As a vegan establishment, we use nuts frequently. Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts.
Tickets are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tickets.

Fiona is the Founder of Plant-based cooking school and restaurant, Wholesome Bellies. Her passion for healthy eating and cooking in contagious. A home cook since her teens, she grew up in the hospitality industry, spending most weekends at her family's restaurant. Her mum was the head chef and she was surrounded by incredible cooks.
