This exciting three hour hands-on kids class is perfect for the Mini Masterchefs looking to learn the secrets behind Asian street food, inspired by street vendors, hawker stalls and mobile carts!
We'll be teaching kids of all skill levels (ages 10+) kitchen and knife skills, how to balance flavours within dishes, wok skills, dumpling wrapping and of course teamwork!
On the menu:- Yakitori chicken skewers
- Potstickers dumplings with pork
- Chicken Curry puffs
- Lacy pancakes with cinnamon sugar
You may be wondering how the class will run and what materials you will be working with. Don't worry, our experienced instructor will guide all participants step-by-step through the entire process, ensuring all kids feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
By the end of the class, students will not only have the knowledge, recipes, and skills to recreate the recipes but also bring their dishes home to enjoy with family, unless of course, they decide to devour it all themselves!
Lunch will be all wrapped up, easy to eat real finger food with not a burger in sight!
