Are you looking for divine culinary inspiration, fresh delicious recipes and ideas? A Mediterranean cooking class in Brisbane could be just what you need! The Mediterranean cuisine is actually perfectly suited to the Australian climate.
In this Brisbane cooking class, you will learn to create delectable textures and flavours and how to combine them to deliver sophisticated Mediterranean cuisine. You will help prepare the delicious meals and then enjoy eating them too!
During the class, learn valuable skills such as bread making, making ricotta, dips and sauces, braising and roasting, knife skills,  cooking techniques and so much more. Gain confidence and learn valuable presentation and plating skills to ensure a round of applause at the very next meal you serve. 
You will not have to prepare an entire meal from scratch on your own, we don't believe you should be peeling vegetables and doing all the hard work but rather be concentrating on gaining new skills. We will not have individual workstations but will work in smaller groups on tasks assigned.
The Mediterranean Menu:
Available Vegetarian
  • House-made Lavosh crackers with petals and nigella
  • Baked double brie with pistachio and cumin dust
  • Sweet potato and speck Spatchcock on a bed of truffled cauliflower/butterbean puree
  • Baklava Cigars, sticky and sweet - a modern take on this dessert
VZ Class format is a mixture of demonstration and group cooking practices. Instead of individual work stations, students will work in pairs and cook in groups of 4. And afterwards, enjoy a feast of the meals prepared. Demonstration aspects of classes ensure we cover enough content to make you into a fabulous chef.

Please note:
  • The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. You will not have your own workstation but will work in small groups with some of the lessons being demonstrated and some of the lessons being hands-on. Please advise us of any dietary requirements in advance!
  • The class is held in a fully licensed venue so you are unable to BYO, but you can purchase drinks at the bar. 
Note: Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table.
Support Workers, Interpreters, Aids, everyone must book and pay to enter. Please be understanding, due to the layout of the class and safety & enjoyment of all guests, they must book in too.
