School Holiday Woodwork Workshop for Kids

Get the kids involved in an exciting woodworking project these school holidays with in-studio woodworking class in Castle Cove. We want kids off their screens and building in a safe environment. Established since 2014.If you're on the lookout for holiday activities for kids that not only engage young minds but also promote hands-on learning, Built By Kidz Activities workshops are the perfect solution for turning your average day off school into an exciting experience!Please select from our:

• Morning session: General Woodworking Workshop! Each child will build and decorate two woodworking projects within a 2.5-hour class.
• Afternoon session: Team-building Billy Cart! Children will work together to build a cart. To keep things fair, one lucky participant will be chosen at random (drawn from a hat) to take the completed cart home at the end of the workshop.

Combine essential carpentry skills with a fun, crafty atmosphere. Ideal for ages 5 to 12, our workshops are completely safe, with all materials provided and hosted by our well-trained team, who have undergone Working with Children checks. Our woodwork projects are thoughtfully designed and crafted here in Sydney, offering quality and affordable activities.Please note:This holiday package is for groups of 10-20 kids, once we reach capacity we can no longer accept bookings. $120 per child. Morning (9am-11.30am) and afternoon (1pm-3.30pm) sessions held during school holiday periods (classes will not be run on public holidays).We provide water for refreshments but do not supply or take responsibility for any food. We kindly ask parents to ensure their children eat before attending the workshop. To maintain a safe environment for all participants, no food is permitted on our premises due to potential allergy risks.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 5 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
