Your teacher
I love the arts in all its forms and love the challenge and excitement of creating something new using imagination, intuition and curiosity. My favourite phrase is 'I wonder what will happen if I....?' I worked for many years as a Speech Pathologist, Teacher (any excuse to use creative arts) and was then a Principal Advisor. When I experienced a significant health challenge I discovered the healing benefits of relaxation, mindfulness and creative arts and rediscovered my love of creating! I am an accredited HICAT facilitator (holistic, integrated, creative arts therapy) and am also completing a Certificate IV - Mental Health Peer Work. I love helping others to experience the joy of learning a new skill or discovering a new passion. My workshops will be an opportunity to try something fun and new while exploring a range of different visual art approaches so you can connect with your own inner artist and enjoy the wellbeing benefits this brings!
