I'm Carolina, a Holistic Arts Therapist and founder of Be Alpha - Healing Studio. A place where we express ourselves safely and freely using the power of integrative arts, such as painting activities, sand play, roleplay, sculpting, somatic movement, creative writing, photography and more. I provide group sessions tailored for tweens (8 to 12 y/o) with important themes.
