Abundance Coffee and Cake started with a simple mission: to create delicious, high-quality baked goods that bring joy to a persons day.

There is something special about home-baked goods, ranging from Classic Decorated Sponges to Cookies, Cupcakes, Afternoon Tea Favorites, and More.

With over 30 years of Baking and Decorating Experience, bringing people together around food made with love is what I do.

Providing baked goods and teaching classes for the last 10 years has created many memorable moments.

Through this time, I have also had the opportunity to bring the joy of baking to the disability community and have seen many people, young and old gain new confidence, learn cooking skills and implement this in their daily living. This has truly been a joy.

Classes are designed to encourage and provide everyone with the confidence and skills to bake in their own kitchen. Enjoy some time out, relax and create delicious food that you can share with others.
